Behavioral Healthcare Provider

 

LOCATION(S): Belmont Correctional, Madison Correctional, Warren Correctional

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board. Or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) by Ohio Counselor, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy Board.

Psychologist

 

LOCATION(S): Lebanon Correctional, Madison Correctional, Mansfield Correctional

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: License to practice psychology as issued by Ohio State Board of Psychology per Section 4732.12 or 4732.15 (A) of Ohio Revised Code.
